Thunderbird Portable Edition 155.0.1 へアップデートしたようです
修正点は一か所だけのようです
起動直後の受信時にメールアカウントの認証に失敗する事がたまにあります

  Customize から Protection Presets を Full でも大丈夫。テレメトリー阻止の設定のほかに
  hosts ファイルにアクセスをブロックする設定が書き込まれます。MS Defender が反応する

  テレメトリー阻止の項目が沢山あるので、ちょっと難しい。困った時はウインドウ上部にある
  検索を使うといいかも。とりあえず、行動 → 推奨設定のみを適用、で様子を見て、設定が

ものからは次のリリースが早いので、それは記事として扱わずにスキップしています。今の
