VirtualBox が 7.2.18 にアップデート（メンテナンスリリース）したようです

アップデートは 7.2.8 を手動でアンインストール後に 7.2.18 をインストールする事で
問題なく完了しました。既にある仮想環境は引き継がれたので、実行して確認してみました
Win11 24H2/25H2 の 7.2.8 から引き継いだ仮想環境を実行すると、仮想環境がフリーズする
問題は改善されていませんでした。実行すると確実にフリーズして、回復しない事があります
しばらく使ってみて様子を見ていましたが、確実にフリーズするので、普通に使う事ができない
ので 7.2.8 に戻しました

使用環境

Open-Shell が 4.4.201 へアップデートしたようです。小規模な変更の模様
今のところ問題ないようです
設定項目に追加があったようなので、日本語化ファイルの更新もありました

Thunderbird Portable Edition 155.0.1 へアップデートしたようです
修正点は一か所だけのようです
起動直後の受信時にメールアカウントの認証に失敗する事がたまにあります

• O&O ShutUp10
  テレメトリー阻止の項目が沢山あるので、ちょっと難しい。困った時はウインドウ上部にある
  検索を使うといいかも。とりあえず、行動 → 推奨設定のみを適用、で様子を見て、設定が
